South Buffalo Crews alerted for a structure fire on Seneca St. B-46 arrives to find heavy smoke in area and looking for which dwelling is on fire. Large 2.5 story dwelling boarded up and vacant dwelling – heavy fire on 2nd floor on #4 side requests extra 2&1 to scene. Crews cover exposures with 2.5″ lines while Truck 5 forces entry B-46 requests all companies exit for Defensive Ops. Heavy fire now on #3 & 4 sides rolling up the roof lines of exposures
Balance of 2nd alarm struck. Truck 5 sets up for Master Stream Operations. Engine 1 operates 2.5″ line in alley
way between houses on #3 side.
