Engine 4 on scene 2 story mixed use building with heavy smoke from 2nd floor and fire showing on #4 side. Crews stretch 2 lines up to the 2nd floor. Truck 15 ladders roof for recon and ventilation. Rescue1 finds a victim unresponsive on 2nd floor and is rushed to ECMC. All crews pulled out of building for Defensive Operations and 2nd Alarm is struck.
