This is from a couple months ago. I arrived POV behind the first due Engine and got dressed. This was the nozzle operator’s first working fire. We knocked down the first of the fire going up the stairwell and then once we made the landing at the top he kept the fire back on the Charlie side of the house while I knocked out a search. The searches continued as he worked on the fire and proved negative. This is a good example of county fire tactics with limited manpower and an Engine Company splitting and knocking out searches in their immediate area, good communication is key.
The other crews worked did outside work and knocked down fire auto exposing up the Delta side, all companies worked hard. First-In FireFighter
