FDNY Response Video on YouTube reports: At approx. 5:30 Ladder 2 transmitted a 10-75 for a fire on the third floor of a 20 story M.D. After Sizing up the building battalion 8 decided to transmit the 10-77 and a 10-70 (No positive water source). I arrived 10 minutes later and got this footage. the fire was quickly knocked down and no injuries were reported.
