Chris Smead on YouTube writes: Second alarm fire at 915 S. 11th street for reports of a duplex on fire with smoke and flames showing. Engine 3 was first on scene reporting flames and smoke showing from the Alpha Delta corner of the building. Engine 8 was second in and stretched a supply line across 11th street. A safety alert went out for reports of an electrical drop on the Alpha Bravo corner of the structure. No injuries were reported on the scene. SJPD was requested to block off the street.
