The Detroit Fire Department Responded to 64 Structural Fires, & 82 Calls for Wires down, During this time the Department Ran Extremely Low on Equipment, To the city at one Point in time Having less than 5 Companies in service. A Great job to the Fire department as No Fire Personnel was Injured, Sadly in an Apartment Building fire on the Cities east side, A 2nd alarm incident 5 Fatalities occurred.
