Disabled man rescued by neighbours from raging house fire in Surrey, BC

Crews arrived to heavy smoke showing from the basement of a 2 story home. A disabled man in the basement suite was rescued by neighbours who performed a heroic act to get him to the front door where firefighters were able to get him out to the yard as the flames flashed out of the basement. The victim sustained serious burns and was rushed to RCH.
A 2nd alarm was called for additional manpower which had the fire under control in 20 mins. No word on a cause yet
