Rescue 1 crews on 2nd floor become disoriented and lost they call out a MAYDAY – Ladder 6 is activated as FAST. Emergency head count conducted. B-56 Balances out the 2nd Alarm. All crews are accounted for and Fire Operations continue. B-56 orders all crews out for Defensive Operations.
