Heavy fire conditions on all floors brings an early Defensive Operation by
orders of B-43. With notorious water issues in area & Engine 31 with
mechanical issues B-56 requests 2 extra pumpers for water relay.
No extension into exposures.
2 -2½” Lines in use – 2 Trucks airborne and flowing.
