Apartment fire in Surrey displaces dozens of people

10800 blk City Pkwy – Sept 30th 2015 @ 5:45am 
3-alarm fire ripped through several suites of large apartment complex. Firefighters rescued several people from balconies.
Extensive smoke & water damage to 2 dozen suites.
No injuries were reported and it appears the fire started on a balcony.
