Engine 21 reports victims still in house – attempting to extinguish fire. Heavy
fire conditions yield B-56 pulling crews from attic, then 2nd floor for
Defensive Operations. Extra 2 & 1 brought in for heavy fire load and cold
temps. Relief crews on scene after crew change.
