Masterfeed seed mill fire July 1996 in Inglewood , Calgary, Ab. Arson was suspected in three alarm fire that destroyed the 80 year old abandoned masterfeed seed mill. flames shot in the air some 100′. Calgary fire department responded and fought the blaze well into the enxt day along with Calgary City Police’s HAWC1 helicopter which dropped water from a suspended water basket. Embers flew through out the old neighborhood of Inglewood necessitating the use of the fire dept’s bush buggy, usually used for prairie grass fires.
