  • The South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) reported that four firefighters were traveling in the fire truck at the time of the crash. The fire truck was traveling westbound on West 1st North Street towards an intersection, traveling at a speed of approximately 20 mph when a southbound 2004 Toyota SUV, driving on Cedar Street, ran a red light at the same junction.
