New Jersey Firefighters Battle Structure Fire


Early Morning Fire Deemed Suspicious
October 9, 2006

New Jersey – Firefighters battled a stubborn 3 alarm blaze for more than 4 hours Saturday morning October 7, 2006 at 41 Howe Avenue, before bringing it under control at daybreak. The fire ran the walls in the rear of the vacant 2 1/2 story wood frame structure and ripped through the cockloft, ultimately breaking through the roof and causing a partial collapse of the structure.
